I loved going to sleep with the sound of the ocean and looking at the waves crushing on the beach, all while lying on my bed. Only seen one monkey at our place the ti.e we were there.|Daily cleaning made it so much better. |Sharon and John was so friendly and welcomy. Having a bit of a knee problem, the lift made things much better.|The breakfasts Sharon served was excellent. I will definitely go there again and quite soon.|I would have loved if maybe the cheese platter in the morning cudda been served in the afternoon, if you there you welcome to have some, if not you miss out, or like a small sandwich platter. But this is just a thing I thought off. It made nothing for not having it. Everything was super. Even had an honesty bar. This is such a lovely place. I want to go again,...

Definitely a 'hidden gem'! Well worth it and very relaxing. We weren't sure about booking as we were unsure of the area but would highly recommend for quiet and tranquil vacation. Sophie was our host and looked after us. Superb morning breakfasts, tasty and delicious with awesome morning coffee!

Some of the rooms may require a bit of a touch-up i.e. handle to outdoor patio was loose. Surf noise can take a bit to get use to but does help one go to sleep the 2nd night.

Watch the monkeys - they crawl on the balcony.

Diesel the dog was one of the friendliest you'll find.

The view from the room made me put up with the really poor customer service. I chose this place after reading the amazing reviews - but unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Sharon and John. Upon arriving, Sharon never introduced herself but rather made it very clear (and rudely) that I was early in checking in. There was a leak in the bathroom and John was very defensive and implied I must have done something. Sharon encouraged my mother to eat the fruits set out at breakfast because they were old! She just never made us feel welcomed and we ended up leaving - they were not even there for us to hand in our keys! Perhaps we got them on a bad...
