The staff very unfriendly we got here our rooms were not ready. Started cleaning when we fot here seemed to have no interest in us. The area is secluded far from everything, place not user friendly. No change of linen or cleaning of rooms daily. No information provided if you don't ask you will mever know. No water, no tv just uncomfortable place very different from their ads. My family and I are really disappointed. Will never come back...

Booked the queen room, when we got there we were made to wait in the parking for 30mins, then instructed to drive around the entire place to our room, only to be told when we got there that they had given the room to someone else, had to drive all the way back to the front, we were then shown a room with 6 double beds and told we were only allowed to use 1 of them, no bathroom, to kitchenette, no table, chairs, TV, open view as...
