Firstly I would like to say that as a previous worker at an Air bnb & a person who enjoys traveling and prerfers to stay at an Airbnb rather than staying over at a family members place. The main thing I aquire is successful assistance. I'm assuming the manager or owner of this place doesn't visit/check up on the growth or the condition of the place allowing it to receive 5 stars and good reviews. I however unfortunately did not experience a 5 star service. As I entered my room there were 2 towels left on the bed. One wet & opened and the other like it was use to cover the bottom of one's body part. Just as I thought things couldn't get worse, I was given the wrong remote, but even having that remote was no help to me because I had no access to any channels. To end the night off I decided to have a shower and rather watch Netflix on my phone since I had no access to any shows on TV. I chose to ignore it and proceed to the bathroom to have a shower and to my surprise, there's a USED bar of soap. According to what I know, every time a room prepared for the next booking EVERYTHING including towels, soaps & bedding should be provided brand new. For the price being paid, this shouldn't be the service your customers are receiving. I am extremely disappointed by this service and I will be taking this further. I would thank you for the service but I unfortunately didn't receive any service...
