Lotus Guest House — Hotel in KwaZulu-Natal

In my 20 years of travelling, my stay at Lotus Guesthouse was the worst accomodation experience, Unfortunately

The flatlet has no place to temporarily store clothes, no wardrobes, not even hangers and a nail on the wall, no soap, no ironing board and no towels. This was my first time not being provided with soap and towels. Not even a bathroom tumbler to keep toothbrushes.

We were given a broken bed with extra extra thin pillows that I had to support with a jacket, the fan needs a 2 pin plug but ihe 2 pin plug is not provided, The following morning we reported the bed and they changed it for us.

The family is caring but the old lady overdoes it, to the point of invading guests' privacy, asking where you are going and telling you about other guests businesses.
