Pinetown Lala Land — Hotel in KwaZulu-Natal

Overpriced for what you are getting... Firstly the owner is advertising 2 seperate bnbs in the same ad under one name, so we were disappointed when we arrived and there were no smart tvs or pool like advertised, we chose this place for the mini golf, however the green was dirty and hadnt been cleaned or maintained, cheap linen, old towels with torn edges, cheap toilet paper, toilet moves when you sit on it and also runs, the shower door dsnt close probably and leaks. Rubbish TV options. Fiona was very friendly over the weekend, however the lady that came in this morning was rude and disrespectful. There were miggies everywhere and in everything from the moment we arrived, includingin the dining room and sitting in our food. Noise from the highway and constant noise from the dogs next door. However my biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Old stale cerals, milo so old it had gone hard, read floaties in the tea, and a bruised apple, we were not given any information or choice in what was going to be served for breakfast the the only choice we had was how's we liked our eggs(which we didn't get anyway) no tomato sauce, no grinding pepper, no butter for the toast. This morning same thing, however there was a bowel of cheap tomato sauce an marg on the table and now we were served breakfast with no bacon, no sausage etc... if it wernt for the oily scrambled eggs you would have no idea it was a breakfast. When we asked about bacon we were told we don't get a choice in what we eat and that's what they made today. We were told that we "should have let them know" like we were supposed to forecast that we were going to get this strange plate of food and not an industry standard breakfast. Needless to say both times I went without breakfast. So yes I feel like we've been ripped off and made to feel uncomfortable, but to end on a positive thank you to Fiona for being so sweet and playing...

Hello travellers, i stayed for 3 nights at Pinetown Lala land. The place is very nice , very clean . The 2 ladies working there are very friendly and were willing to help me with everything . There is a very nice garden full of big trees and birds. ( really nice) The owner is doing some renovations in the pool area, but did not bother me at all.||Highly recommended!!!||Ahhh sorry , breakfast was great ,...

My back is like new. The beds in this place are excellent , like in not any other place.||Clean room, nice food, friendly staff. Very nice views of Durban.
