We recently had the pleasure of staying at Exhale Cottage, managed by the fantastic team of Chris and Colette, and I must say it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment we made our booking, their communication was clear and incredibly helpful, ensuring that all our questions were promptly answered.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted with an epic two-bedroom cabin that boasted sensational views of the surroundings. The presence of comfortable hammocks and a Kokkol hot tub immediately set the tone for a weekend that was bound to be unforgettable. The remote location was just perfect - offering a sense of tranquility, while still being easily accessible by car.

The cottage itself was well-appointed and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary wine, cheese, coffee, tea, and spices, which added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our stay. One of the highlights for us was the multitude of cooking options available, including the pizza braai, two braais, an outdoor cooktop, and an inside braai and fire. It truly allowed us to indulge in our love for culinary adventures.

The luxurious linen provided added an extra layer of comfort to our stay, and we appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the cottage. Additionally, the nearby walking trail through the fynbos on the farm was a delightful bonus, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the beauty of nature.

We only wish we could have stayed longer, as the entire experience was nothing short of incredible. However, it's not surprising that a place as amazing as Exhale Cottage is unlikely to stay a secret for long. As soon as you reach Exhale cottage, you will be welcomed by the breathtaking views of the mountains and scenic beauty that surround the cottage. The cottage itself has a cozy feel to it, and every little detail has been taken care of to make you feel comfortable during your stay.

The cottage is well-furnished and equipped with modern amenities. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, and the toiletries provide a luxurious touch to the accommodation.

One of the most outstanding features of this cottage is the beautiful outdoor space. The hot tub, cargo net hammocks and outside braai area are perfectly positioned to enjoy the views which are truly mesmerizing, and you'll feel so much at peace in this tranquil atmosphere.

The location of the cottage is perfect, as it is a short distance away from several tourist attractions in Montagu.. This makes it easy for you to explore the area while still enjoying the quiet respite of the cottage.

The excitement started about a week before our arrival date when Collete sent us a message indicating that the weather during our stay might not be ideal, but the unit will be prepared for our enjoyment. In spite of the weather, this couldn't have been a better weekend away for my family. The unit is luxurious & beautifully decorated, the views is out of this world and throughout our three days stay we enjoyed the hammock, the jacuzzi, outside bath...and we exhaled. Thank you for having us and treating us, oldies & children, with delicious goodies. The kids especially loved the hot chocolate with the marshmallows, and they tested all your boardgames during our cosy evenings. We used your well equipped kitchen for a family pizza project.
