French Linen Guest House, Bloemhof — Hotel in Lekwa-Teemane Local Municipality

Beautiful old house and very nice rooms on a quiet road about three blocks from the main road of the town.

Due to loadshedding we had no power between midnight and 04:00. This was a HUGE problem, as it was very hot with the aircons not working during loadshedding, as they have no solar power. I wanted to open the windows to cool down and found that they could not be opened at all. Thus, a very uncomfortable night.

Only had 1 night stay, the overall experience was not bad and Edna was extremely helpful and friendly. But did have our own issues. The 2 single beds were not very comfortable for they kept moving away from each other due to them being light weight. And we had a very early morning and found no coffee which was quite a bummer.

BEAUTIFUL. It felt like a home away from home. Our room was crisp and clean, the aircon very welcome and the service so friendly and helpful.
