Lepha Guest House — Hotel in Lephalale Local Municipality

The lady at reception is very friendly and has a good customer service. The location on the area is perfect and closer to the mall and Lephalale town. Unfortunately there's more negatives than positive feedback about this place and will for sure never book it again||My Issues with the place || Firstly it's false advertising: I booked a family room for two adults and two kids which on bookings pictures the family room has two beds but apparently they don't have rooms with two beds (never as per the lady in reception)||Secondly the rooms (when we asked to see our room) are very OLD and has a weird smell, old home sheets and brown & blue towels are quite old school for a guesthouse||The last turn off we asked the lady to not spend a night there because a family of four can't sleep on a smallest double bed ( which we already paid 100%) and the lady was quite happy with our decision without even asking what was...

My partner and I were booked at the lodge for the long weekend and wow what a beautiful and peaceful environment. The clean pool, perfect rooms and very clean (smelling good). The room service and the food was well prepared and more than enough. The hostess "Betty" has the warmest heart. I really recommend the place...
