I am currently recieving such a terrible service at Lucolo in Queenstown. I have called and booked at 9am, I have been waiting for an invoice so I can pay. I texted, emailed and called, the lady said they will send it and its been four hours. The guest is currently stranded. They are not picking up calls now and not replying...
