Indlovukazi Guesthouse — Hotel in Madibeng Local Municipality

Yoh !where do I start😾 The guesthouse had no signage at the gate. There is no porter service one has to climb the stairs with the luggage. The swimming pool was dirty. Our rooms where not cleaned, dust on the furniture even cockroaches were present. The sliding door in our room had no key. We had to block the doorway with a couch. No customer service the Guy who was services us had no clue what he was doing. We had no way of contacting him from our rooms because there are no telephones. You have to go look for him at the reception if you don’t find him too bad for you. The shower did not work. There is a dampness smell coming from the bathroom. We were booked for two nights but we couldn’t wait for the morning to check out. We spent one night. No WIFI password no info booklet nothing you are on your own once checked in. Beautiful place with great views, enjoyed the variety of thing to watch on TV when I had time, swimming pool was clean and well managed. I was just not happy with the shower, very complicated and not well maintained, needs detailed cleaning. The water was also not warm enough. The jacuzzi/bath tub never worked and after being frustrated by it felt no use to try and get assistance. Our room needed refreshing after a night's stay but we had not been informed that was an option until that day and ended up being rushed to leave the room because there was a cut off for when they stop refreshing rooms, overall Beautiful place. We were also offered a couple of places to use for services/activities, we chose to use Pamensky mobile spa but opted to go their facility. Pictures are deceiving, the place is dirty we are in room 4 (kivu) it has serious cracks the toilet doesn't have a window, the staffy smell in that toilet sucks, there's no electricity since last night it keeps on going on an off in seconds, there's a tv in our room that's not playing, their dstv is blocked and you must bring your own netflix credentials if you have, I doubt this place is owned by a south african. Standard is very low everything is bad The basin doesn't close, the tap only has hot water, the shower is dirty didnt even bother to use it. Worst guest house I've ever been...
