The establishment is quite convenient due to its location (area being rural), particularly in terms of growing local economic activities and job creation. However, the property itself is not well maintained: The toilet in my room did not have a seat. The water pressure was not strong enough for an effective flush. Basin did not have hot water Shower head just spat water out and the drain did drain water as fast as the head was releasing water. Which meant that even with flip flops my feet were constantly submerged in water. The bed was had sensitive points which would creek often and this was unsettling. The trap door in my room was not properly closed and was unsettling as I feared something/someone coming in through there. The aircon was said to be problematic so I was advised not to switch it on unless I wanted to wake up in a pool of water. There was a red flashing light from what seemed to be the fire detector, directly aimed at the bed. This too was unsettling, particularly as I was a solo female traveler.
The staff was very friendly with the exception of some older men, presumed to be security guards who gave uncomfortable looks and were a bit difficult at the check-in. I love the place been booking there a lot for years now and honestly the standard has not improved what so ever. I wish management/owner(s) would take their customers concerns to account.
The air-conditioning units in the rooms are practically none usable, when cold they don't heat the room, when hot there's no cold air blowing and they are LOUD!!
I don't know why but it's like they don't have any spare keys. You leave with your key, they don't clean your room, and when you do leave your key and come back when the front recption door is closed, you have to run around looking for them.
The bathroom and lavatory😭🤦♂️, shower doors are too small You have to squeeze in between the sink and shower to get to the lavatory🤦♂️ You have to do your business while sitting at an angle because it's a tight fit.
The water pressure on the showers is basically gravity controlled like there's no pressure pump💔
Blankets are not really washed when a guest leaves, the same blanket someone used their previous stay is being returned in as is condition to a new guest.

A few pointers I can give to improve your establishment: The area is hot and humid, which makes a perfect breeding ground for cockroaches. Fumigate your rooms regularly. The spotlight outside is extremely bright. Nobody likes waking up at 2am and think it's 7am. Put darker curtains in the rooms facing directly into the light. Your breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Prepare it early enough for the guests and not have them wait so long for it. If the menu will be a problem, then sort it out the night before so guests don't wait. And watch what you serve your guests. I had a running from the afternoon after I left your place.
