Metsi Matso Lodge — Hotel in Maluti-a-Phofung Local Municipality

The customer service was so dire. The lady saw us park whiles she was mopping the floor and we walked in the reception, she did not lift he head to look at us or even acknowledge our presence. The floor was wet and I had to jump the wet part and stand next to her and say excuse me we are here to check in. That's when she lifted her head and simply asked what's the name? I told her my name and she simply took the keys and said follow me without greeting or anything. At the apartment we asked her if it had rained the day before and she said yes and we asked what about today and she said hey sis I don't know as if we bothering her. We were asking this because we wanted to hike to Tugela falls the following day.
