Annalie and John were the perfect hosts and Little Kubu lodge is simply BEAUTIFUL! The lodge and staff went out of their way to make our stay and experience there absolutely superb and assist me with my marrigae proposal (she said yes!). Thank you so much to all of the staff at Little Kubu who made our stay memorable and special. The rooms are ideal, beautifully furnished and well kept. The scenery around the lodge is stunning and we were spoiled with some lovely wildlife sightings at their waterhole. The food prepared by John and Annalie was excellent. Little Kubu is also well placed in the wildlife estate with great access to the town of Hoedspruit. The great service started even before we arrived. We received a reminder on WhatsApp that they were expecting us on the day of our arrival, kept in contact with us and enquired about our time of arrival. Despite the fact that we arrived after their working hours, we received a video with directions to our room from the entrance.

The lodge was spectacular, super clean, comfortable bed and clean sheets - a home away from home.
