The facilities are OK for the price. Unfortunately I think I stayed at a bad time - there was a solar electricity system being installed by some very noisy workmen and I was not able to connect to the wifi, so it was difficult to work from the room. I had paid for and booked dinner at the guest house, but some misunderstanding about the dinner time resulted in me having to walk to a restaurant in the town instead. My overall experience was therefore not good, but I think I caught the place on a bad day. I wouldn't recommend it for business travellers. Looking for a home away from home family and pet friendly, look no further than Loerie Guest House in Hoedspruit walking distance to Spar and surrounding shops. Secure and safe, friendly staff from the time you are greeted at reception till the last day. Absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay, our little dog came with too and enjoyed his short holiday with us, standard rule dog must be on a lead which is no problem for us as our dog is always on a lead when we out with him.
