Hazyview, Bon Repose Cottages — Hotel in Mbombela

I had a great experience in this place, quiet and relaxing. Cottage 4 is beautiful. Please cater for a family as well. May be two bedrooms or so. The jacuzzi is one of the nicest things to attract guests. Spacious space, we need an oven Ma'am. Also add a couch for extra comfy. Your caretaker Thuli is the best to keep, she knows how to make us feel at home and she's so welcoming. She can sell your place perfectly, so smart and convincing. Keep on teaching her, she's so good, polite and willing to listen and do things better for guests to be comfortable. She's a very good investment. A very good manager to have. Please do not forget to sell your place on her uniform, she has an old uniform that does not match the standard of Bon Repose Cottages. A tag or embroidered COMPLETE uniform is a must have. Please provide for a form bath and a body lotion as a must, we are used to such things in hotels, lodges and cottages. Also provide proper cleaning material for your silver tabs, they are a treasure and we see the real Bon Repose in those items. They must glitter/ shine. The windows is also affected by the water from the shower. Please do something about it. I for one , like a bathroom with clean items. Your linen is clean and the floors as well. Beautiful...

We stayed in Cottage 4: This place was wonderful, had everything we needed, the road was a little bumpy from the gate to the cottage but not too bad, but definitely worth the veiw and the secluded feeling. The service was exellent. The bathroom was romantic and the room was nice, a few minor things needs to be fixed but not major and did not influence the stay we had. All and all I will definitely recommend this stay, value for money and our home was clean everyday when we came back from our activities, the host was very helpful and exceeded all...

Don't book unless you have a SUV minimum. Step drive on an uneven road. The rooms are clean and serviced. Hot tub instructions? What instructions 🤔 It's an older model, so not everything is working, lights, controls, etc. bring an additional hot tub towel.
