I am not a happy customer. Attended my son's wedding at this venue. La Villa Vita is a jewel, slipping away in the abyss of mediocreness and poor service.
Lovely setting and originally a brite idea, but now in serious need of urgent and proper management, maintenance and upgrades. 5 star prices for a 1...
Read moreWanted to treat my mom for her 60th and La Villa Vita turned out perfect 👌 With the surrounding bushes and Italian vibe it feels like a whole different atmosphere than just being in Nelspruit.. From start till finish, she was treated like a queen and everyone went out of their way to give her a very special day!! Carried her luggage all the way to her room while she got to relax to one of the best massages (she almost fell asleep) and got treated to an A-mazing pedi!! Had her room ready before check-in with some beautiful flowers and got her a vase right away.. She loved her room, from the awesome colors, to everything she needed esp the peace and quiet.. She was able to catch a nice tan at the pool and was spoiled with some yummy birthday cocktails!! With the beautiful sight at night of the lights over the pool and the soft music playing, she enjoyed a delicious dinner and champers.. She LOVED the Peri-Peri chicken and the Crème Brule with it’s sweet message was a def favorite!! She says the service was excellent, always helpful with anything she needed and fast to get it to her.. The staff was very professional and hands on but at the same time relaxing and so friendly.. With a time difference and short notice they managed to do everything I asked and added the extra effort that made this a day she will never forget!! Thank you to everyone at La Villa Vita for the moments and memories, giving my mom a special 60th when we...

The person I spoke to was unable to assist telephonically, requested I email, which I did. Eventually short story is half the family had to sleep elsewhere as the booking was not done. And the place booked down the road was horrible (Khayalami)
They tend to leave the bathroom windows open, which can let in bugs, so remember to close them.
Nice buffet breakfast. Has never tried blueberry and chocolate muffin combination. Turned out to be nice.
The gate opens efficiently. There is easy parking.
The curtains keep out sunlight and allow you to sleep in late.
Just the booking process could have been easier we would have loved to stay longer and have more rooms. Which could have been possible with more...
