Mountain Creek Lodge — Hotel in Mbombela

The venue setting is gorgeous situated in the middle of an active farm growing litchis and macadamias. Short drive from the city centre with all stores you would need.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The self catering room we were in had all the utensils as well as equipment for necessary cooking. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly and pleasant.

What to say about our hosts, Melanie. We had an incident with a vehicle breakdown and she was soo helpful and understanding. Was like dealing with family, probably better. To return just because of our experience with Melanie and her staff would be an understatement....

Mr. John is just the best, he is very kind and helpful.

It was great, the gas stoves and lights(lights only not plugs) that remain on during loadshedding were very helpful and convenient.

The view is great, the games room is fun and the pool looks dirty at dirst but is actually very clean. The area is quiet and peaceful, very nice in the rain and even when the sun is out,

The lockable garage for overnight parking is great and gives peace of mind.

The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is pretty spacious.

I would definitely recommend...

This was one of the most excellent experiences I have had. The lodge owner Melanie was absolutely amazing and an incredible host. The staff were friendly and very helpful. When our cars clutch gave up on our holiday, Melanie not only sent someone out to assist us but also borrowed us a vehicle for the remainder of our stay and didn't charge anything. We are truly grateful to her and her team for their kind hospitality. I would rate it...
