Losberg Lodge — Hotel in Merafong City Local Municipality

Losberg Lodge.Is well situated. Nice and tranquil.Ofers game drives.It has a nice secured swimming pool with a small playground for the children outside. The staff are friendly, we had some fruit salad on skewers under the trees which was very refreshing. For the main course we had a sheep spit braai which was magic,well prepared and super tender & tasty. The pathway to the lapa where the event was held was not user friendly slightly sloped at an an angle with cobbles stones built into the cement ,making it awkward to walk on especially for the ladies that had heels on for the party. Even more awkward for a guest in a wheel chair.Who had difficulty trying to get into the lapa for the event that was arranged. The accomodation where we stayed needs some serious attention.The bed was very uncomfortable, extremely noisy,needs to be replaced,the walls need painting,the bathroom was dark even with the light on.There was no mirror inside to shave,also no plug in the wash...

Very bad experience management are rude,and racist,came with dogs to tell us to vacate the premises, customers mean nothing to them,unless your white and the rules of the place apply to only black ppl our family was ill treated at this place,the guy who called himself the owner wanted to fight us for raising our concerns never again will I visit nor recommend...

To meet a host who is friendly and accommodating and to have facilities that meet more than what was expected at a price that is better than expected is a blessing. Losberg Lodge was a blessing. Reminded me of what hospitality should look like. Thank you Henning, your colleagues...
