I had the absolute pleasure of spending the last 9 days at La Maison on Vaal Bed and Breakfast, and I can truly say it felt like a home away from home. Nestled in a peaceful, scenic setting, this beautiful space offered the perfect atmosphere for rest, reflection, and connection.

The Dynamic Diva Retreat was an unforgettable experience — filled with laughter, learning, sisterhood, and soul-deep renewal. Every detail at La Maison on Vaal added to the magic. From the cozy, elegant rooms to the warm hospitality and delicious meals, everything was taken care of with such love and intention.

To the wonderful team: thank you for going above and beyond to make this retreat so special. Your kindness and care did not go unnoticed, and your space was the perfect backdrop for transformation, growth, and joy.

Our visit was very comfortable and very relaxing. The service is top class and very friendly. There is a pool table, dart board, chess set, and checkers game board for entertainment. There is braai facilities available and a splash pool for hot days. The vaal dam is visible from the rooms and walking distance. The breakfast is fit for a king and prepared in the kitchen. All the rooms has loadshedding lights in for those unexpected eskom moments. Safe parking inside the property is also available and the B&B is a short drive(+-100m) on a gravel road. I recently stayed at La Maison on Vaal for three nights and had a pleasant experience overall.

The rooms were clean, presentable, and had a thoughtful interior design, making for a comfortable stay.

The service was great—the hosts were warm, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. They were happy to accommodate special requests, such as dietary requirements, providing a braai stand and charcoal, access to the kitchen facilities, switching rooms etc.
