Most of the photos on the website are not current, and where they are, are edited and posed to seem much more appealling than they actually are. We rang the bell on arrival, but had to make a phone call to get anyone's attention. We were then met at the entrance and escorted to our rooms by a man who did not make a great first impression with an open wound on his face. The rooms required additional bedding despite us arriving well after check-in at a reasonable hour. The mis-matched decor didn't contribute to a feeling of calm or well-being, but instead made us as a group feel slightly anxious. The bathroom window opened up into the kitchen, which I cannot imagine is acceptable under Health and Safety regulations. On top of that only a single toilet roll was provided for a group of eight. The exposed gas bottle for the kitchen is also concerning. The electric kettle did not work and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. Luckily there was a gas kettle to use, but I would recommend removing equipment that does not work from rooms entirely. The television had all the connections to media, but would not connect despite several attempts by a couple of people in our group, and given the abruptness of the person who received us, in combination with the open wound and anxious atmosphere did not want to ask for assistance. The venue certainly has potential, but needs a lot of TLC and more consideration from the owners toward guests.

This place advertised a beautiful room with clean pool. It couldn't be further from the truth. When you enter you walk through a "lounge" with ripped tatty couches. The place overcharges for what you'd expect in thr same price range. The place is in terrible condition, it looks like they are undergoing maintenance. We asked and were told that's the way it is. The rooms were stuffy and smelt. The pool was green. The property is unkept and in dismal condition overall. It was a truly unpleasant experience. My husband and baby left immediately after being walked through and had to find alternative accommodation. The owner was unwilling to accommodate us with a refund at all.

If you choose to stay here know its like a shoddy American cheap motel vibe.

This is the first time I have written a bad review, this is how strongly I feel about warning people...
