I booked for 2 nights and coming from Cape Town. When I got there, there wasn't no keys for the rooms, someone went out with keys. I tried to wait , being tired, after a while I decided to look for another place and cancel at Emfuleni B&B. I've been fighting to get my money back , they refuse and telling me about policies.
