Palm Springs B&B and Self-catering — Hotel in Mnquma Local Municipality

It's an ok Place but lack of communication... I booked a room and they said it's a bed and breakfast so I paid the price they advertised and they failed to tell me that breakfast meal is not included on the price if I want it I shld pay extra money for it. And another thing there's always a room for improvement they need to put air fresheners in the rooms it's not nice to arrive at a place to rest and you can smell sweat from the reception like they need to vacuum their beds once in a while or change them imagine when you are turning at night and the bed makes a funny noise. Don't stay here if you enjoy sleeping past 5am OR peace and quiet..because I didn't get it at palm springs. Was woken up at 5 am and the noise didn't stop: from the kitchen RIGHT next door - microwave on/off to washing dishes to scrubing floors to loud conversations - sounds like it's in OUR ROOM with the paper-thin walls. People yelling and talking loudly in the neighborhood as well, taxis blasting the base on their radios continuously..and it's a SUNDAY MORNING!!..breakfast better be good. WON'T. STAY. HERE....

We arrived around 7pm. A lady came to greet us at the gate and let us in. She was very welcoming and took us to our room. The rooms were clean and well set up. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. A spread of fried eggs, pork sausages, bacon, mince, mushrooms, fried potatoes, bread, cereal, coffee and extras. The staff were kind and friendly.
