Elsewhere By The River — Hotel in Mogale City Local Municipality

It is places like these that makes the personal touch in hospitality rise above the rest. So secluded, so quaint, so unique. This treehouse was the ultimate experience for my husband and I for our 3 year wedding anniversary breakaway. A stone throw away from the hustle and bustle of Johannesburg, we were transported to natures hideaway and as much as we love nature we still wanted the the luxurious feel of sleeping indoors. At Elsewhere by the River, you get both, the unit is literally built around 2 trees which offers the tranquility of nature but the luxury feel of a bed, bath and fully equipped kitchen. The unit was short of nothing and had personal touches on everything! Be sure to book a weekend or even just a night to experience this vibe. A hot tub besides the river with a glass of wine and a small fire makes a complete picture for the perfect getaway. A huge shout out also to the owners for their amazing welcome and accommodating personalities, home made breakfast was also a cherry on top before we checked out. Will definitely return to this...

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine kindness and treated like family throughout our entire stay.
