This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Too many fails to start describing, and too many promises that weren’t fulfilled - this is a fraud!||We paid a fortune to get an extremely low level lodge. Every drive takes many hours and we were taken in a filthy van with no air conditioning - in an extremely hot weather. We mentioned 3 weeks in advance that we would have eat after landing since we had flight that took a whole day. They didn’t make any reservation or checked anything in advance so we drove hours for 2 closed restaurants until the host realized that she can make us toast in the lodge.||We arrived at a neglected room, with no soap, toilet paper, wifi, air conditioning in the room, nightstands or night lights||The toaster and the hotpot were filled with ants||The host didn’t answer and when she did she...

We went there as day visitors for a work year end function. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful. The food was average.
