Legrant Guesthouse — Hotel in Moqhaka Local Municipality

Great room! All the requirements are met! They have a huge tv in the room with full Dstv (not just limited channels), the bed sleeps great and the offer electric blankets (a huge bonus in the winter) the bathroom is very spacious with a place to put your toiletries (most places don't offer a table in the bathroom) the shower is great with enough warm water for 2 people that both showers long! There is an extra warm blanket. And coffee or tea (they can add some extra for those that like more than 1 cup in the morning). The parking outside is spacious with even a place for a trailer. There is a swimming pool for summer months to cool down with enough seating to just relax. Very friendly staff at reception, and they offer breakfast. And its not expensive at all!!! I booked on the Booking.com app almost 4 months prior to my stay. The day of our arrival the host called me just to confirm my arrival time and to let me know she is waiting for us. I appreciated it a great deal. It's nice to know you are a priority to them. We were received by Maria. She is an absolute diamond. The room were beautiful. Extremely neat, not a thing out of place. There were already water in the kettle ready to be boiled and a big jug of cold water in the fridge, al lovely personal touch. It was an absolute treat. When we checked out it almost felt like Maria was sad to see us go. Whenever I am visiting Kroonstad again, Le Grant guesthouse will be my first and only option. Would...

I am very dissatisfied with this place. we had a booking of 12 people and they failed to inform us that they don't have the capacity to accommodate all of us. they ended up sharing us into 3 different places. the weather was -5 and I ended up at a place called The Lux which has a cement floor, no aircon and no electric blanket. the room I was placed in was also secluded from all the other rooms and placed near the gate.

Let me also emphasize on the rudeness of the front desk lady who was assisting us. she was impatient and plain rude. I am very unhappy with this place and will not recommend anyone...
