What a HORRIBLE experience @ Legae la Tshepo

We booked as 4 couples for the weekend of 9-11 Dec 2022. We were disappointed from the minute we arrived until the day of our departure. Upon arrival we were moved to another house, not the one we saw on the pictures. There was load shedding and the place did not have an alternative power supply. We had to use our cellphones for light. There were dirty carpets and one room had nicotine smell. The water in the shower of the other room was coming out verrrry slowly, and the door only opens when pushed with HUGE force. The couple in that room ended up using the basin instead. There was no variety on the food and it was not even enough to go for seconds The lady who was assigned to help us was not even bothered by our concerns, only the housekeeping lady was nice and helpful. There was only one dining area so guests had to wait turns to eat. We booked a slot but other people finished late so we sat there with hungry children, waiting.||- The staff members made noise early in the morning while preparing food, laughing loud and waking us up.||- There were bugs and two large spiders in our room.||- The receptionist was unfriendly and unwelcoming when we arrived.||- The staff members were unprofessional, unkind and rude to our children.||- Breakfast was not great, with very limited options. I had the worst experience in my whole hotel life. We were moved from one room to another in our absence. The room had no aircon and the place is super hot. We slept with all the doors and windows wide open. The Mosquitos ate us the whole night. Sheets were stained with blood. Toilet not working...u have to flash at least 8 times.
