From the time that I phoned until the end I was treated with the greatest respect and integrity by Sue and Charles. The room was more than what I expected, clean, comfortable, everything was just perfect. The time that Charles spend with me to explain everything, perfect. The breakfast that was prepared for me was just perfect. I could feel that what they do, comes from a place of love and care. Being on a business trip and having to use the Wifi, speed is excellent. Secure and undercover parking provided. Loadshedding, not at this establishment because they have an emergency power generator that is catering for the total electricity required. Read moreThere is nothing of tourist value in Ermelo. But if you must stay there, this is the place to stay. We were coming back from the coast, on our way to Johannesburg airport the next day. This hotel is about a two and a half hour drive from the airport, making it a good place to spend the night in order to break up the journey. Julie and her parents are very nice people who made sure we were comfortable. The hotel is secure with internal parking behind a gate. The cottages are well-furnished in a traditional rather English style. The breakfast and water pressure are good. The two little dogs are very sweet and friendly. We would stay there again...

I stayed in Room 8, with a double bed, a microwave and fridge. The shower was very spacious. A colleague stayed in the family suit (No. 4) with a double bed and 2 singles - the shower in this room is rather small. The bed was very comfortable.
