GREEN TREE B&B — Hotel in Mtubatuba Local Municipality

We booked the R850 room for one night, we were told to check in at 12pm. We got there at half 1pm, the room wasn't ready, no pillows, no towels, no cups nor coffee. Seems like someone used the room after we booked it since there was an open bath soap in the shower with phone charger behind the unplugged bar fridge. Staff service is very poor, when checking in they don't take you to the room but give hand directions while they are sitting down. TV remote was not working.
