Munati Lodge — Hotel in Musina Local Municipality

The staff is very attentive and welcoming, Tina and Nana are just fantastic and make you feel at home. The rooms are big and very comfortable, the garden and pool exceptional and the room and public areas very clean. Breakfast and dinner are delicious, we can fully recommend to stay here and will come back!|Just their gate is not correctly Pin pointed on Google Maps, so not that easy to find the gate and could be adjusted with Google Maps. When we arrived there was only 1 staff member on duty that had to do check-ins the bar and the kitchen.There are expired condiments in the dining area, the juice jug was left out from the previous day and just filled up not even refrigerated. The staff was fighting at reception when we wanted to checkout and did not even stop when we waited to checkout. Breakfast was arranged for 07:15 and was only ready at 7:45. The level of service we received was atrocious not what you expected from a 3star lodge very unprofessional. I will not recommend it to anyone. By far the worst experience at a lodge I...
