Dear Hotel Management, I recently stayed in Chalet 10 and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I believe it’s important to share this feedback so that necessary improvements can be made, as the current condition of the chalet does not reflect a 3-star standard. During my stay, I encountered several issues: The bathroom basin tap was missing its knob. There was no soap holder in the shower. The water pressure in both the basin tap and the shower was poor. I was unable to take a shower in the morning due to the water merely trickling out. Despite arranging for a takeaway breakfast at 6 a.m., it was not ready when I left and I had to return later to collect it. I have attached photos as evidence of the condition of the room. I would like to emphasise that the staff, especially the ladies at the check-in desk, were very friendly and helpful. However, it’s clear that the system and facilities are failing them. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and address the maintenance and operational issues so that future guests can enjoy a better experience. As things stand, I don't see myself returning anytime soon if ever. I travel alm over the country, and this has to be one of my worst experience, if not the most. Kind regards,

In January and February 2020 the Billion Child Foundation conducted two three day workshops to train personnel of the Limpopo Department of Education to transform their schools into centres of excellence. The team at the Musina Hotel and Conference Centre responded with alacrity to every request we made saving us the time often wasted even in 5 star hotels chasing up reluctant staff. We will book them again as soon as the C19 restrictions are lifted.

The conferencing is quiet good, accommodation in the other hand is below par. Mold in bathrooms, cockroaches, torn duvets & run out of supplies quiet regularly.

Dear Hotel Management,

I recently stayed in Chalet 10 and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I believe it’s important to share this feedback so that necessary improvements can be made, as the current condition of the chalet does not reflect a 3-star standard.

During my stay, I encountered several issues:

The bathroom basin tap was missing its knob.

I travel quite extensively, but never came across any hotel staff with such utter disregard for customers and clients. Even the manager has an absolute negative attitude towards clients. Not a welcoming place at all. Service is so bad that I opted for alternative accommodation. The manager chooses to rather loose 3 days of business than even attempting to assist clients. Absolute pathetic and incompetence is the only thing that comes to mind. We were not even permitted to view the rooms prior to book in time. Previous reviews reported the rooms as sub standard, and this is obviously the reason. Responses on previous reviews make it seem as if hotel management has an interest in rectifying their mistakes and shortcomings, but this is part of them defending negative reviews and advertising, and no real attention is given to the reviews and complaints. I will never support this hotel and not recommend...
