The establishment seems to cater primarily to hunting parties or individuals engaged in hunting, with some emphasis on game viewing as well. The main hall and dining area are truly magnificent, showcasing a blend of elegance and grandeur. Breakfast was exceptional, offering a delightful start to the day. We did not use the accommodation - day visit.

As for the spa, I would rate the massage treatment a 7 out of 10. While the massage itself was satisfactory, the overall experience left room for improvement. Elements such as the décor, level of privacy, ambience, tranquillity and the quality or variety of oils used could benefit from further refinement to elevate the experience.

A Memorable Stay at Morakane Lodge||||We absolutely loved our stay at Morakane. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. As my husband has limited mobility, they kindly brought our dinner and breakfast directly to our room—such thoughtful service made our experience even more special.||||The journey to the lodge was part of the adventure. Travelling the 5 km from the main road allowed us to soak in the beauty of the surroundings. I really found the location to be lovely and the place is so peaceful. ||There wasn't much to do apart from the Safari and the spa. ||It would be nice to be able to take a walk somehow but obviously there are wild animals so that's not possible. But the only walking you can do is around the units.||The food was great. Compliment to the chef. ||The room service could be better.
