Well - no guesses which way I decided to go, was seriously considering not sharing this one for a number of reasons:||1. This place is well managed, very clean and tidy||2. Affordable||3. Close enough to Malelane Gate (Kruger Park)||||Paradise creek is a wonderful little secret, and really quite affordable.||||The property is well managed, and the units are very clean and tidy. Linen and towels are of very good quality as well.||||Due to the size of our party - 9 Adults and 3 Kids, we were accomodated in unit 21 and unit 11. (Mind you, these units are close to the weigh bridge - so you will hear trucks stopping every once in a while even until very late in the evening)||||The units are furnished well, and Unit 21 is one of the better units to stay in for a family.||||Paradise Creek is situated on the same turn off as Malelane Gate - however, it is travelling South (Away from the Gate)||||There is a restaurant and bar on the premises, and they do have a lovely swimming pool and a Boma for late evening fires.||||This venue also boasts conference facilities. The management and staff are friendly, efficient and very helpful. The complex is secure and very very safe - 24 hours security access.||||Definetly...
Read moreI booked at Paradise creek, having stayed there previously and remembering what a positive experience I had. However this time around, I had a very negative experience at Paradise Creek. The staff that we dealt with at reception was extremely rude and unaccommodating. We got our rooms very late as they said that the rooms were still being cleaned and theres a certain standard that needs to be met. If this was the standard, it is very low! Rooms were dirty, full of dust on furniture and looked as if it had not been cleaned. They did not provide hand towels and said that they do not provide hand towels at this resort, first I've very heard of at any establishment. The entrance is newly renovated and looks lovely, however as you venture on to the rest of the resort and on to the older section where we stayed, you'd be greatly disappointed. I would never return to Paradise Creek nor recommend it. The only positive is, that it is located near the Malalane Gate at Kruger...

We filled the form on line and we were expected to fill a printed paper. she screamed at my husband when he asked what happed to the online checked in. She simple couldn't explain that her company prefer to care less about the environment and opt on telling him that she is doing her job and continue saying we must fill a paper. She never showed us in we were left to deal with Patrick the security. The place is noisy with trucks and the bed is hard as if is from 1913. The garden in clean unfortunately Thembi will never compare to plants. Cold...
