I initially made a booking on 8 April 2022 for 27 - 29 May 2022 as I was to attend the incumbent King's coronation in the area. After making a booking, paying in full for 2 nights stay, and furnishing her with a proof of payment confirming such, the event was postponed indefinitely due to localized flooding disasters that happened in the region. ||||I then contacted Sinegugu Mshololo telephonically to discuss the postponement to which (at HER suggestion) my booking would also be postponed accordingly until the new date was announced. As I had already paid for 2 nights in full, my booking was confirmed and she would keep the funds in her account and she would allocate my room accordingly when the time came.||||Fast forward to the date being announced and me following up on my booking - Sinegugu has not only denied that I have a valid booking as discussed, but has also refused to process a refund. She has emphatically stated that "IT WAS NOT HER RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT I AM ALLOCATED A ROOM" despite me having paid her in full 4 months ago and agreeing to her terms of the booking and reallocation process. Her argument is that it is not her job to keep abreast with key events in the area she services and runs a business in and further to that she did not know there was a coronation taking place - she does not listen to the news or watch TV. My proof of payment (as attached) EXPLICITELY references the coronation of the King.||||Furthermore, she also denies any liability, as according to her, my booking was for May and that I was a no - show on the day of my booking - a complete, bald faced lie.||||Legugu is unreliable, RUDE, entitled, arrogant and a complete opportunistic SWINDLER.||||NO STARS. It's clean, it's got spacious rooms, it's very affordable for what you actually get. They have aircon which is perfect for hot or cold weather, they have a smart TV, you can netflix and chill. They have a simple and affordable menu so once you are in you won't need to go out again... we loved...

First the b&b is still under construction secondly the room condition need more to be done, TV couldn't work, noisy bed, one birth towel and small face towel to share with my wife to use twice, lot of wind coming through from the bottom of the front door, more need to be done to improve...
