Kapensis Guesthouse — Hotel in Overstrand Local Municipality

WOW! How do I even begin to explain our experience at Kapensis. Firstly, the place is stunning. The ambiance and the views from the room are just breathtaking. We were there for 4 nights; all we wanted was a nice relaxed and peaceful holiday and that is exactly what we got and more. The overall best experience was meeting the owner Katharina. She was absolutely amazing. She made our stay so pleasant so much that it felt like home. She made sure we are fed all the time:-) and her food was so delicious. The cherry on top for us was to get served breakfast in bed while enjoying the lovely view from our room. We went to Kapensis as a family. The whole experience was incredible. Katharina and Surita were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We stayed in the family room which was perfect. The kids loved all the dogs and had great fun in the pool. Breakfast was delicious and very filling. Katharina made dinner reservations in Pringle Bay for both nights and her choices were excellent. Katarina hosts a quiet and tranquil guesthouse in nature. The rooms are spacious and clean with all basic amenities provided for including a fridge to store snacks and drinks should you need. There is a beautiful pool on site and upon waking you are met with rolling hills and calm of open spaces on your patio / stoep.
