Gecko's Guesthouse — Hotel in Pixley Ka Seme Local Municipality

Their staff is extremely set on customer satisfaction and service and that is something to be admired. They have phenomenal food and can create anything you like - just the way you like it! That was Wow on another level.

Unfortunately they were fully booked and I ended up in an unrepaired room that was in dire need of repair.

However, they are in the process of renovating the rooms and one I saw that was completed, was really something to look forward to, during my next stay. This made me feel it is worth overlooking the issues in my room without a doubt.

Their wifi does not reach all areas and is a little slow when used to JHB speeds, so you not going to watch a YouTube video on it. However, their Dstv had channels I did not know existed making up for the Youtubelessness. Depending on preference, the TV itself may require an upgrade.

Nothing was too much to ask their friendly staff, they are situated in a good area making your trip there worth it and convenience stores is just around the corner. I enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was good and the staff was professional indeed. Rooms are clean and neat. However the wifi was weak , I ended up not getting the internet even when I went closer to the Reception. I had to shower with cold water on the first day because after my wife had used the shower there was no hot water left, I did not get to find out as to what caused that.
