A very big thank you to Billy and Nolene (Hares Rest) for the wonderful stay. These cottages are immaculate! The cleanest, most beautifully decorated and coziest accommodation we have stayed in thus far. Even in winter, the scenery was breathtaking. The donkeys are so adorable and the owners even more so. Absolutely loved it. Wakkerstroom was an amazing place to visit, and Hare's Rest was a great stay. Our unit was comfortable, spacious, clean, and tidy. The bed was very good. We had everything we needed for self-catering for three nights. They were on solar, so we had no load shedding issues.
