ARABELA LEGACY LODGE/ MAKHADZI CLOUD LODGE — Hotel in Polokwane Local Municipality

No pool, laundry service no Wi-Fi(we had to use our on also for room service we have to Walk to reception or use our own airtime) as listed pools are not working the supervisor was very rude to me when we complained he said we must go else we're in business the approach was bad he could used a good manner he must try to be patient with clients that approach...

Horrible rooms... The room are spacious but very stuffy. The ceiling is lower than usual, which feels like one is trapped. The bathroom is worse, there was mould on the ceiling. It was just disgusting. We only slept there because we got there around the early hours in the morning, otherwise first thing we knew is that we were not going to sleep another...

It was an amazing nyt to me and my husband we truely enjoyed ourselves and the receptionist guy was so friendly and his service was very good we truely thank you ppl for a wonderful service not forgetting the house keepers they are doing a very good job keep it up guys ur place is nice and neat......thx once more......yours...
