Irecks Events and Functions — Hotel in Polokwane Local Municipality

I booked a consultant for 4 days. Requested a room with a shower. He was given a room with a bath and then requested to change rooms on arrival to one with a shower. Rooms walls were dirty, lamps next to bed, no connections, no plugs available to charge phones etc, no kettle, shower floor dirty, overall not good. So he requested the room with the bath. Pond next to his window, pump so loud, he couldn't sleep. On 2nd morning, NO BREAKFAST, even though we paid for breakfast. No one at premises at all, besides a security guard. Lady in charge of the place does not answer her calls or messages. Checked out after 2nd night. Unfortunately I had to rate a one star, as it wouldn't allow me to give a NO STAR! We could of given this place so much business, but they do not know about CUSTOMER...

I had the best perfect wedding at Irecks. They really made my dreams come true❤️. They offer the best service and big ups to Vinolia, she's literally the best including the security guards, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean, neat...

It was just a quite place, nothing much about it... but clean toilets and baby soft tissue was available every time on a wedding day until night......
