Mogale Royal Gardens and Resort — Hotel in Polokwane Local Municipality

The service was extremely poor our room was given away after it was confirmed as booked .when we got to the resort we were told that the room was no longer available then the manager (a guy) called around for alternative rooms after he did not get anything i suggested we follow him where he can place us for the night. we followed him and as soon as we got to the main road he ditched us this was at 23:00 . Not only did this not create anxiety on our end we were left stranded in the middle of nowhere from Johannesburg. He put our lives at risk and when we called the resort we were told that they could not get hold of him. Very very kind staff, good rooms, clean and quiet environment. However, when we arrived, the Google map showed us a very short but bad-conditioned road, wet puddles with very sharp bricks hidden inside. So we had a flat tire half way and had to change to a spare tire in wild and buy a new tire on the second morning. Highly suggest that Mogale staff must please report that wrong road on Google map so that your future guests won't have to have our bad experience with the road. Lovely place to stay at, and the service we received was out of this world, Thank you to Lesedi at reception understanding and always welling to assist.

They set up our braai stuff on request and we had a good swim in the pool getting a nice sunset in the background.

The rooms are nice and spacious with a clean and open bathroom and shower.
