Monte Crous Hotel, Restaurant & Venue — Hotel in Renosterberg Local Municipality

Will never stay at this establishment again. We booked via bookings.com. when we arrived there they didn't have our booking, resulting in not getting the room we booked and payed for. We were suppose to be on the ground floor, private bathroom and pool view. Instead we were stuffed into a room on the first floor, terrible view and the bathroom is part of the bedroom. Resulting in sitting in bed with a direct view of the toilet. Other issues were waiting for breakfast about a hour and a half, egg were totally over done, hollandaise sauce has split and then we were informed that even if the booking said breakfast included, we had to pay for our own cup of black coffee and black tea. After approaching the owner, she just replied that she would work on it and that we should have send the food back. No girly, I've been a waitress in my younger years and know what kitchen staff do when food is send back and how long would that have taken since a english breakfast took you 90min to...

What an amazing experience our weekend was out of this world, the opportunities that Monte Crous provided was like having our honeymoon all over again! A gorgeous 5 hour boat ride on the Vanderkloof dam with drinks and snacks and amazing conversation, our kids loved the different routes the boat ride took and the gorgeous koppies towering around us! My wife also loved the spoils at the nail bar and then of course the cocktails in the evening and especially the comfortable beds and plush linen. We will definitely be back for another magical get away, the service is amazing and I for one loved the curries that are on the menu steaks are brilliant, and pizzas are brilliantly made with their own red sauce almost like a pasta sauce!! I am worried we all put a lot of extra weight on! THANK YOU SHENEEN, GERHARD, JACO AND ALL THE STAFF AT MONTE CROUS, YOU GUYS...

Such an awesome place to stay. I was there for 3 days from 24 until 27 Desember stay in Room 4 me my wife and kid we do have enjoy our whole 3 days Holliday.

Very Good staff ( Riaan and the other waiters and bar Men), very helpful and communicative they make the stay good for us ,God will bless you all and I will surely come back to stay there

The view over the dam, the garden, the swiming pool is exotic, the bar the restaurant is out of the books
