Horizon Bed & Breakfast — Hotel in Roodepoort

Very bad 👎 service and experience!!! We booked the room for two days and paid R1 500 cash. The very same night ,we complained about the fridge and microwave not working we had to eat our food cold. In the morning there was no water for us to take a shower, while we were bothered about the water issue 😕 now comes the electricity issue. We wanted to check out immediately at 09h00 but the so called manager didn't want give us our refund ,even though we didn't book online. We have had to stay there for hours in that cold room thinking that the electricity will be back but no. Those people didn't even care about their customers or even check if we are ok, so we had no choice but to leave the place without getting our day...

What a bad experience I had with this establishment. They should update the photos to the current state. I had to turn around on arrival and search for alternative accommodation. Safety of guests is not a priority. Room doors that can barely lock. You can even see through some of the panels on the door. I would not advise anyone to make...
