Willy and Staff are friendly, supportive and does everything in their ability to make their guests comfortable and relaxed. The accommodation and facilities are top notch and exactly as advertised. The Jacuzzi is in the recreation centre, the sauna is private and easily accessible, the gym and pool table is down the hall from the sauna. The suite accommodation is very comfortable and the beds allows for a restfull night. The Food is of excellent quality, Miriam and her ladies takes care of the guests needs. Willy took the time to sit down with us and understand what our dietery needs were and they accommodated us as per our needs. A very peacefull and relaxed weekend. If I could rate this place a zero, I would! I booked 2 rooms. 1 room was fine. The Junior Suite was blatant False Advertising. Claims: a sauna, separate bedroom, AirCon... All 3 of these claims were false. None of these were true. The Booking.com listing even showed a picture of a jacuzzi tub in the description of the room. When I pointed these things out to the man on duty, he acted as if the Booking.com listing errors were somehow MY FAULT. And even though the listing was fraudulent, because I paid in advance, there was no refund. AND, the property would not allow me to give a review because they knew it would not be positive. I will never stay here. I will never advise anyone...

The rooms are exquisite,was at the Super Luxury with my husband and my daughter was in Luxury room, it was breathtaking. To the staff, you made our stay pleasant and unforgettable. Thank you.
