Host-Hub Guest House Rustenburg — Hotel in Rustenburg Local Municipality

I reached there the place is messy it's only clean where you can see. False advertising the service was poor. I found used condom wrappers in bedside drawer had to wash and sanitise my hands twice. They say WiFi but there was no WiFi available. Mr owner wether it's free as you told me that is irrelevant, the fact remains you offer it as advertised as I was there on business purposes, stop blaming your service provider and fix it. What made it worse was there was no electricity, I slept there one night I never will go back. This is not hospitality and nobody should be procuring your services for what they get especially of they are paying they hard earned money for it, this speaks volumes as to why you don't do refunds.
