Lefa Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Rustenburg Local Municipality

The place is very clean and the personnel absolutely charming. They helped us organize a night drive in the Pilanesberg. Bravo and thank you. #The pool was very cold, the water "milky" with too many floating twigs, leaves and dead insects #On Thursday, there were noisy works next to the swimming pool #On Saturday, the pool are was taken over by a bunch of noisy people - and drunker and drunker as the day went by - with very loud music. Impossible to take the kids there. #The menu in the restaurant looks like any cheap coffee shop (does not look at all like the photos on their website) #It seems however, you can have a bottle of "Veuve" (I guess Veuve Clicquot) or "Moet" (must be Moët et Chandon) with your toastie (?????) #The fish was dry and the salad was made of tasteless iceberg lettuce. #The industrial salad dressing (Knorr) comes straight from the squeezy bottle brought to the table - together with squeezy bottles of ketchup and mustard from... Wimpy. #Pasta was vastly overcooked #Tables (beautifully ???) decorated with a kitsch plastic flower pot that does not stand the morning breeze #The rooms are rather smaller than what they look on the photos #The generally very poor Internet does not reach the rooms (and 4G does not seem to reach the place) #The disabled parking spots are partially blocked...

The hotel was noted as 23km from City centre and this is not correct , the rooms were clean however we had a bad experience because of no WiFi coverage and the hotel staff on duty didnot assist in any manner , they made an excuse because of weather which was also not correct because WiFi was not available for all the three nights we slept there . We were also told by one of the hotel staff when we arrived that breakfast starts from R65.00 and the cheapest meal was R120.00, we found this to be very unprofessional. The WiFi quality is the worst experience & should be sorted out...

We had a terrible experience. The photos are deceptive. We paid R7 000.00 for 2 bungalows for 01 night. The hotel's location is not ideal. The manager was very unhelpful. When we got there and were unhappy to stay there she refused to assist by canceling the booking. We were prepared to accept a cancelation fee of 20% but she did not budge and to make matters worse, the next morning the stoves did not work and the staff themselves did not know how to operate them.
