I(we) received the worst service. Didn't get the room we booked for and we booked a week before. We were told it is first serve. The pool was also extremely dirty, no ways it can be used and there was no microwave in the room as shown on pictures. The lady we found, short heightened with long black hair, her name is THOBILE, also told us there is nothing she can do and we can cancel. This happened at 16h47 because their arrival time is from 17h00. I wondered where we were supposed to find another accommodation at such a short period of time. WAS ABSOLUTELY ABSOLUTELY ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. IT'S NOT A GUESTHOUSE. IT'S MISLEADING THE PUBLIC BY ADVERTISING AS A GUESTHOUSE. THERE'S NO ROOM SERVICE, NO BREAKFAST. I ATTENDED A WEDDING AND JUST IMAGINE HOW SHOCKED OR SURPRISED I WAS WHEN I GOT BACK TO MY ROOM THAT THE BED WASN'T MADE, THE ROOM WASN'T CLEANED, THEY DON'T HAVE BREAKFAST, THEY DON'T HAVE COMPLIMENTARY TOWELS, AND THERE'S ONLY 2 ROOMS THAT I SAW. 🙄 😒 VERY VERY VERY FAR FROM A GUESTHOUSE.....!!!!! Booked the 1 bed apartment.. I saw some cockroaches, but bed was really great. Towels and bedding good. Smart TV with different channels. Had problems with electricity and water when I was there. Area not great looking. Next to train tracks, so some train hooting during the night which is quite loud. There's hourly rooms, so expect to see lots of people coming and going and making noise. Only 1 plate and 1 fork, 2 cups and 1 glass available. Kettle had a rusty mark inside, and not looking so clean hence I never used it....
