Our recent stay at Croeso Guest House - Langebaan was absolutely delightful and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and accommodating staff, setting the tone for a memorable experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of staying at Croeso Guest House was its fantastic location. Situated close to the shops and a shopping mall. We booked for this guest house self catering, but did not happen, after arguing with the manager we were moved to another unit, besides not been cleaned properly it was ok. However this place really needs a review if it still qualifies for the three *, the TV sound on 100 volume one was barely able to hear, there are no chairs one can sit on except 2 dining chairs, most uncomfortable, the web site shows completely different photos to what you get as do the other sites like Lekkeslaap and Booking.com. there is no breakfast even though they say you can arrange with them. The room we eventually were moved to had black mold on the ceiling in bedroom and the bathroom, unit was not cleaned properly before new guests booked in, the bins were full in the bathroom and rather smelly, the supplied toiletries were almost empty, lucky we brought our own soap etc.|The kitchen sink leaks water all over the cupboard. only one bedside lamp and no bedside mats. We stayed 4 nights. There is no reception. No-one is there to greet you...

It would have been nice to know before hand that there is no management present at the premises since my wife had to stay alone in a apartment for an entire week. She also came home from work during her stay to find her door left unlocked and left open by the housekeeper, this made her feel unsafe and there was nobody to accompany her to ensure that was no potential harm or intruder awaiting her inside. When she reported the door being left unlocked she received a very nonchalant response and no apology for the inconvenience...
