Oorgenoeg in Langebaan — Hotel in Saldanha Bay Local Municipality

Nadea was an excellent, accommodating and welcoming host. She made special effort to make our stay a happy and memorable one. The tree house was beautifully decorated and well equiped. The electric blanket was a welcome treat. The parking spot and path leading to the tree house built our exitement and rightly so. The porch (with a jacuzzi) is an amazing, sheltered space with a beautiful view, also through the transparant roof. The comfortable Victorian bath in the tree house provided the TLC we needed after a long drive. What a blissful experience to wake up to the sounds of nature. The dawn chorus of the birds and gaggling of the geese announced a promising day speckled with happiness, fun and laughter. The sheltered outdoor shower was a fun-filled way to start the day.

To observe and interact with the horses just below the tree house, was a special gift.

We had the best stay at Oorgenoeg in Langebaan. Nadea has been an outstanding host, communication was great and the house exceeded all expectations. The place was very clean, beautifully furnished and decorated. It is located on a farm, very quiet and private but still just a few minutes away from the city center and beaches. The hot tub on the big patio is of course another great bonus. :)

If you’re planning to visit Langebaan you won’t regret staying at Oorgenoeg. It added so much to our holiday and we will definitely be back. Thanks to Adriaan and Nadea for having us we loved our stay...

The bnb is ok, but it by no means deserves the 4,9 star rating here on google. Overal the house is ok but: the second bedroom is just part of the upper part of the living room. So you cannot sit there when children/people are sleeping. Also the safety protection to prevent falling is not sufficient, so its not safe for children to sleep there. There are a lot of flies. The window in the bathroom does not close so mosquitos come in. The location is quite a bit from the beach and restaurants.
