Really nice. Beautiful location, spectacular pool. Lovely aircon in all rooms and free WiFi. BUT: The whole place needs a lot of maintenance! eg faulty plumbing, aircon dripping water on to one of the beds, faulty TV in lounge, lounge aircon not working, TV in one room set to a foreign language, the list goes on. Worst of all, we discovered that there's a mouse living in the kitchen and scullery, and to make it even worse, we found a mouse dropping in the ice maker! That was really disgusting.

Tip for the owner: Please renovate the kitchen, please get some decent plates, and please sort out the lounge aircon because in summer the lounge really is unbearably hot. If they can fix all these issues we'd be back for sure.

Edit: In response to the owner's attack on me: I don't know what noise at 1am you're referring to as we were all asleep early on as we have very young kids. Perhaps these were other guests? As for the local guide bit, that's not 'self proclaimed', that's an automatic label that Google assigns me. I have no control over that.

I'm very surprised and disappointed by your hostile attitude. Maybe the Internet is not for you if you are going to attack people the moment you get a review that you don't agree with. It's super unprofessional.

Finally, a comment on your maintenance manager: Yes I am aware he is available. We did contact him about these issues however he claimed to be bedridden with the flu and was not able to assist us. So maybe before you come and hurl personal insults, you should check your own facts so that you don't look...

Wow I do not recommend this establishment. I have a business in tourism industry where I do accommodation bookings of clients. I put a request though for one of the booking sites due to my busy workload daily. Now I receive a horrific phone call with the worst service in my life. I have been accused of taking over his business and according to him I am not entitled to have a business. We reached an agreement with the owners that we could enjoy ourselves as a family during the day. At 4pm on a Saturday, complaints from "neighbors" came through that we were being loud. We were talking! with little/no music playing and were threatened with law enforcement. This is unacceptable and would not recommend a family to visit this premises.
