Josephs Guest House — Hotel in Sol Plaatje Local Municipality

Made booking three days before online,upon arrival I couldn't park my Quantum in the yard because of its height,the carport was less than 2100mm of height. I asked the caretaker what we could do to fix the problem because I can't leave my car in the street overnight,they couldn't help and wasn't willing to help. He contacted the owner,the owner said I should cancel my booking online and I was being difficult and causing trouble. I was shocked hearing this,because I needed a place to sleep and for my car to be safe.The owner was watching us on camera the whole time,I wasn't causing trouble, I just wanted a solution to solve the problem. But they never cared, I had to drive around to look for a place to rest and which I did find. This place has poor customer service,the owner is rude and don't care about customers. Even now I'm still waiting for them...

Like thy said on the comments I really didn't even notice tht there were complains about this place cause I really needed an accommodation guess wht yoh .. the blankets smells very bad the other thng I was surprised of its whn I needed a toilet n the other person frm the other room was in shower like wtf I had to wait for tht person so tht I can use the toilet .. man u need to upgrade u don't deserve any...
