We were a group of four, two couples. We are mostly over the age of 60, and were on two motorbikes! The hosts were gracious and generous. The accommodation is one of the best I have ever been to, judging in South Africa and overseas. The rooms are large and luxuriously appointed, had fantastic amenities including an honesty bar fridge, kettle, teas, coffees, etc. Large bathrooms, and everything was clean, sweet smelling and worked superbly. The view was stunning - from a HUGE veranda, of the Bridal Veil Falls - but so were the flowers growing on the balcony, and all around the property. Their breakfast would take a lot to beat, with small touches of things they had bought and brought from overseas. Totally delightful. I suffer from constant back-ache, and what a pleasure to lie and rest on a good quality mattress, and wake without back-ache! Seems no effort spared to make this the most stunning place to stay. Part of me wanted to not write - so they would not be inundated with requests - selfishly wanting to keep them the best kept secret. But their generosity and care warrants the review. I can't wait to go back for a longer...
